I then asked why they didn't mention the lights on the dash (5 of them) telling me the ABS is malfunctioning? It seems like a 'safety' issue to me. Advisor told me of a couple of issues I was aware of already but didn't tell me what the cost or time allotted for the repairs which seemed weird to me. After my reminding him he said he would text, he said."oh that's right. Nothing.The next morning I call again & he tells me it was ready yesterday and he left me a VM. Around 6 pm I call his direct line & leave him a VM that it would be great to have an update of some sort. He said texting is no problem & it would probably be ready later that afternoon. I asked him to text me when he knew if it needed work and not to leave a voice mail because I don't get notified of voice mails on my phone. Finally I got someone's attention and after another 5 minutes I was greeted by: "Is this your car?" This was my service advisor. Lot's of employees walking around but no eye contact. I brought it in the service lane at my appointment time and was met by no one for the first 7-8 minutes. My first time into this dealership with this vehicle. The one star less than perfect recording the bad memory I had in the same place. ![]() With that I have moved the rate from 1 star to 4 star. It was a routine service, I received my car back after about 1.5 hours waiting. Unlike it was before, I have received a smooth service. I was there today, after a few years from the last time I had a review to the same place. After the survey, I learned that the person who helped me received a blame for Frank's ignorance bad service. I complained the long wait in their after service survey. I approached to some others to give me a help. But, after 25 minutes waiting, no Frank or anyone else to check in my car. I scheduled a maintenance with someone named Frank to have my car checked in. After I called trying to have them fix the issue, no response back even if they promised that someone will call back. They messed up the license plate handling. More than three months after my purchase, the license plate kept not showing up. Later on, he found that it was his mistake.
